Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean you should pay them the same if they are doing different jobs. However, for a man and a woman doing the same job, you should provide equal pay and opportunities. Many bosses don’t realize they are biased, and may end up opening more doors for male employees than female employees.

 

Make Sure Everybody Can Share Their Ideas In A Safe Space

It’s already much easier for male employees to have their ideas heard in the workplace, and for women to be silenced or made to feel like their ideas don’t matter. In fact, the stories of men stealing ideas from women without even realizing they have done it is ridiculous! Make sure nobody is being talked over in meetings and that everybody can have their voice heard.

 

Pay Attention
